We are in search of an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting sales goals, help developing marketing strategies, and manage inventory. They will also be expected to ensure that all customer service standards are met and that the store is kept clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create promotional campaigns to increase sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $55,000.00 per year
